Set Up an Account and View your Devices (existing TCC customer)
When you receive a WorksManager invitation via email, click Sign in/Join Account to start the account onboarding process.
Login to WorksManager with your Trimble Identity (TID) credentials. If you do not have a TID, create a new one using your primary business email address, and log in. When you log in for the first time, you might not have any projects in the account.
Click your profile image at the top right, and select My Account.
3. If you already have an account with TCC (Trimble Connected Community), notice that your:
devices have been migrated from TCC to WorksManager. Supported models include
Machine control devices (CB450, CB460, EC520, and EC520-W)Â
Data collectors (TSC3, EM, MOBILE, and TABLET)
Drilling and piling devices (VERSO)
data has not been migrated from TCC to WorksManager, which means that you will not see your existing TCC projects, designs, work orders, etc. in WorksManager. Those entities, however, remain intact in TCC and you can continue to access them via TCC
members have not been migrated from TCC to WorksManager. You can, however, add as many members as you want in WorksManager by inviting them using their TID email addresses. Member licenses are free with WorksManager (unlike in TCC where there is a cost)
groups have not been migrated from TCC to WorksManager as groups are not yet supported in WorksManager.
base stations have been migrated from TCC to WorksManager.
