Trimble Remote Assist now available for Windows data collectors

Trimble® Remote Assist functionality has been added to Windows 10 data collectors with the release of TrimbleSiteworks Software v1.30.

This new functionality enables a Trimble WorksManager user to securely connect to a Windows 10 data collector associated to a WorksManager account, see the screen device’s screen and control the device, all from within WorksManager.

This functionality is independent of and operates outside of Trimble Siteworks, giving the remote user the ability to check and modify Windows settings, operate other software, and perform nearly any task on the data collector as if they had the device in hand.
