Work Orders

You can view and download the entire work order contents from field devices. This includes Record (.txt), TaskLog (.txt), Instruction (.txt), etc., in addition to the work orders results (.spj). 

Typically, you would create a work order in the field (in Siteworks) before you can see it in WorksManager. 

1. When signed into a WorksManager account and project, select Devices in the left pane.

2. Select a field data collector device with work orders in the left pane.

3. In the right pane, next to Field Data, click View. You will see the work orders present in that device

4. Click the + icon next to any work order that you need and click Download

5. A status bar at the top of the screen will show Downloading Work Orders until the download is complete (this may take a minute or two).

6. Unzip/extract the downloaded folder in Windows Explorer, and double-click the work order folder in order to see the work order contents
