Is WorksManager based on the Connected Community?
WorksManager currently uses TCC in the background. WorksManager will replace TCC in time.
Is there a plan to introduce a file explorer tool for WorksManager, similar to TCC Explorer?
No, there is no plan to create a TCC explorer-like tool.
What features are available in WorksManager that are not in TCC?
a. A geofence-based workflow - view device on a map, auto add device to project when it enters project boundary, and pull in project designs
b. A device status whether my devices are running the latest designs and firmware versions. Devices are highlighted when there is a conflict.
c. Configuration settings at the project level e.g. cal, avoidance zone minimizes manual errors at the individual device/ design level.
For now, WorksManager utilizes TCC in the background. WorksManager will replace TCC in time.
Can WorksManager operate if you are not a Connected Community member?
WorksManager uses TCC behind the scenes. When you purchase a WorksManager bundle, if you don't have an existing TCC account, one will be created for you.

What languages does WorksManager support?
WorksManager supports the following languages,
English, French, German, Japanese, Danish, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Finnish, Czech.
The user's language preference is retrieved from their TID profile. If the preference is missing or the selected language is unsupported, the browser's language Is set. If that language is unsupported, it defaults to English (en-US).
Users can change the language settings from https://myprofile.trimble.com/home under the Preferences section.
